Charla has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2010 while living and working in Japan. After traveling around the world for Peaceboat’s 81st Voyage and spending 9 months at a meditation center Charla decided to enroll in massage school and get her 200RYT at the Association for Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh, India. She is now combining her talents by teaching yoga classes regularly at Me Fitness Studios while launching her first private massage practice in the Yard. Charla specializes in Structural Integration, Cupping, Neuromuscular and Deep tissue techniques while using essential oils as alternative medicine.
